Since all of our products are custom made to order we do not allow for
exchanges or returns. Please make sure that you are choosing the appropriate
size when ordering. Please contact us if you have any questions about sizing!
We are happy to help you choose the best size for you.
We are very sorry that you wish to return your order.
If there is a problem with your order you purchased, please email
email@example.com, within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Be sure to include your name, order number, tracking number, which item
there is an issue with, and a detailed description of the problem, photos will be
needed if items are damaged.
All items must be returned in their original condition (unwashed, unused, etc).
Note: If it is shown that the product was used or washed, a refund/replacement
cannot be issued.
All items approved for an exchange must be returned within 14 days of receiving your item. If item is not postmarked by 14 days of receipt of item, an exchange will not be made.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees for exchanges, unless a shipping mistake was made by Dog Moms of OCNY.
**We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect that your package has been stolen or lost in transport, you can file a claim through the shipping company.
